"Did you use the same treatment you used for Brian?"
"Oh yes, the hypnosis works so well, I saw no reason to change it. I just went with the Bimbo Course rather than the Docile Course."
"Good idea. Being a bimbo suits Sam completely. It's amazing how quickly you changed him. How'd you do it?"
"Well, when Sam threatened to call the police, I chased after him and gave him some crap about our family sticking together. He couldn't resist a tearful auntie, and when he went to hug me, I stuck the tranquilizer in his neck. A year later, and here we are."
"It was for the best. Wasting police time is a serious offense. I imagine that Sam had a lot of time for hypnosis whilst he was in your care, yes?"

"And how many hormones did you pump into him?"
"Double the daily dose, to make up for lost time. I wish we had started on him when he was 13, but oh well. Then there was all the surgery. That chest wasn't cheap, but luckily, I had Sam's college fund to dip into."
"Well worth the expense, dear sister. So, what's next for my daughter?"
"Well, I got her an interview at the salon that did her hair and her tanning. This is her interview outfit, just in case they were in any doubt over how committed Sam is to beauty. Also, I told the owner that Sam would give him a blowjob if he gave her the job."
